Designing a Unique Ninja Character
The goal was to design a completely original ninja character for use in a game environment. Every element including the clothing, mask, sword, and boots had to be created from scratch, with no reliance on references or copied assets.
The character needed to be visually distinctive, technically optimized, and ready for real-time game integration.
From Sketch to Game Asset
The process started with hand-drawn concept sketches to define the character’s identity and style. The outfit was then designed in Marvelous Designer to achieve realistic fabric behavior. Accessories such as the mask, sword, and boots were modeled in Blender.
After modeling, materials were applied, and the character was optimized into a low-poly version suitable for real-time performance. The asset was then rigged and prepared for animation before being delivered to the development team.
Game-Ready Character Delivered
The final character was successfully integrated and tested in Unreal Engine by Brightline Studio. The result was a fully optimized, game-ready ninja character with custom-designed assets, prepared for real-time gameplay and production use.
