Fashion design, from first sketch to final fitting
The Aalix fashion department designs garments and collections for brands that care how a piece is made, not only how it looks. Every project starts with research and sketches, moves through technical design and pattern development, and ends with production-ready files and realistic 3D visualization.
We work across physical and digital fashion. Patterns are drafted digitally for precise grading, and garments are developed in CLO3D and Marvelous Designer, so fit, drape and fabric behaviour can be reviewed before a single sample is cut. That saves sampling rounds and gives your team clear visuals for line reviews, lookbooks and pre-sales.
Our work for Vir Maison shows the whole path: moodboards and sketches, cutting patterns, fabric selection, and the finished coats photographed on the street.

Fashion design questions
What do I need to start a fashion design project?
A short brief is enough: who the collection is for, a few references, a target price range and your timing. If you only have an idea, we start with research and sketches and build the brief with you.
Can 3D garment visualization replace physical samples?
Not completely, but it can replace several rounds of them. We check fit, drape and proportion in CLO3D or Marvelous Designer first, so the physical sample you make is much closer to final.
When fashion brands should use 3D visualizationDo you provide production-ready files?
Yes. Technical drawings, construction details, measurement specifications and digital patterns are prepared so a factory can quote and sample from them.
Do you design complete collections or single pieces?
Both. We develop full seasonal collections with one creative direction, and we also design single garments, capsule drops and bespoke pieces.
Can you also create the lookbook and brand visuals?
Yes. Our digital design team works in the same studio, so the lookbook, the campaign visuals and the website that sells the collection can come from one team.
